Discount Eligibility 割引の適用条件
|
The application deadline is 2025/05/31.
お申し込み期限は2025年5月31日です。To receive the 50% discount on rental fee, approval of your application and payment of the deposit within the specified period are required.
レンタル料金の50％割引の適用には、期日内でのお申し込み承認および予約金の支払いが必要です。Please note: Additional services are not included in the discount and will be charged at the regular rate.
追加サービスは割引の対象外となり、通常料金が適用されますのでご注意ください。This offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
他の割引との併用はできません。This discount does not apply to government-funded projects. We collaborate with artists on grant applications—please DM us for details.
この割引は、政府助成金を利用するプロジェクトには適用されません。助成金の申請についてはアーティストとの共同申請も可能ですので、DMにてご相談ください。

Reservation Policy 予約規定
|
Reservation dates can be changed up to 3 months before the exhibition, depending on availability. If the new reservation date falls within the discount period, the discount will still apply. Availability is not guaranteed.
展示日の変更は、開催日の3ヶ月前まで可能です（空き状況によります）。変更後の日程が割引適用期間内であれば、割引はそのまま適用されます。ただし、ご希望の日程の空きは保証できません。

Deposit & Refund Policy 予約金と返金について
|
Deposits are non-refundable.
予約金は返金不可です。If you're unable to use the space within the discount period, your deposit can still be applied toward an exhibition held by May 31, 2027. In such cases, the regular rental rate will apply.
割引期間内にご利用いただけなかった場合でも、予約金は2027年5月31日までの展示に充当可能です。その場合は通常料金が適用されます。
